OMG.. awesome!! Catalina really knows her stuff and the human anatomy. I was sore from crossfit and she targetted the areas superbly. (Lower back, ham...strings, glutes) Then ended the session with a cranial massage that pretty much put me to sleep. She offered additional information to loosen my shoulders before i left. I would give more than 5 stars!!! Thank you Catalina. I'll be seeing you every couple of weeks, fo sho!! Show more

Catalina is knowledgeable, professional, kind, punctual, and has many attributes that help with bodyworks and massages. I have neck pain, shoulder pai...n, and lower back pain. She helped me find relief after each sessions that last for days. She also provide tips for stretching and light exercise that you can work on healing on your own.
