I booked Sierrah last minute after finding her on Booksy and looking at her IG. I had plans in the evening so booked my appointment for 3:45, when boo...king the appointment it said service would be approximately an hour but in my mind I was thinking about 2 hours. Her work looked really good specifically with color and cuts. I wanted to get my hair colored so was very excited she was available. She reached out prior to get some pictures of my hair and confirm what I wanted. I sent her a pic of my hair as well as a pic for visual of what I wanted. She did warn me that it may cost more if we needed to do two steps to make sure my hair takes. She also told me I didn’t choose styling. I thought styling would have been included but didn’t need it so that was fine. I was fine with this and really appreciate the fact that she reached out prior. I arrive at my appointment and she took me pretty much right away. She did ask me what kind of condition my hair was in when she got me to the bowl which confused me a bit but we moved on had light chatter and were good. While under the dryer she took another client and told me she was just going to cut her really quick. Once I was dry I had to wait for her to do whatever she was doing to the other client. I was a bit irritated but did not say anything. She came back colored my hair, washed, rinsed, put conditioner on it and told me she would be back in 10 min(it would be 5:40 by this time). Although we agreed she would not style , she asked if I wanted her to blow dry before I left, that was odd to me but I said yes because I couldn’t imagine leaving with wet hair. Ok back to being conditioned, I’m thinking ok no problem I can still get out of there at a decent time. At 5:55 I texted her and asked how much longer she’d be and she came back within a few minutes. We started chatting again about the game I had to go to and she asked why would I think color should be a quick process. I didn’t think it would be however most of the time I was there was not service for me I was basically sharing a time slot with someone else apparently. I was thinking this and did not say it out loud but oddly enough she goes on to say I should plan for if there is another customer there. This really rubbed me the wrong way. I don’t feel like I should assume a stylist has over booked themselves. Last, when it was time to pay I was not charged additional because we only had to do one step but was charged additional because she said my hair was longer than she thought. My appointment was at 3:45 I ended up leaving at 6:14. My hair color was not what I wanted or close to the picture but still pretty and I’ve gotten several compliments. Sierrah was nice and I’m happy I still liked my hair in the end but I would not come back simply because my time is valuable and although I don’t mind spending additional time to get my service right I don’t want to plan for other clients as well. I want the focus to be on me and my service. Show more

I apologize if u didn’t enjoy your experience with me. With color services you shouldn’t plan to be in and out. Anything can happen with this service. It also states on my site if you read, that the time slots are not accurate it's just to secure your appointment. The stylist nor the clients know how the day is going to go so when booking an appointment u should always allow your self grace time between your appointment and your next plans for the day. We are not robots and run behind sometimes. Making a stylist feel rushed because you didn’t plan good isn’t fair. There is a selection for color/style on my site. If u wanted a style that should have been your selection. Im very detailed with my clients and that’s usually appreciated. Asking u what condition your hair was in before I BLEACHED it was a very accurate question for a stylist. I am not your normal stylist so I was asking to ensure it was safe to proceed in bleaching your hair. I don’t think any of the questions I asked you were weird. But you are not a stylist so I understand if u felt that way. I’m glad u still liked your hair even though u felt it wasn’t what u asked for. Before u left I asked u was it ok and u said yes but I guess that’s because u were in a rush. If u weren’t i could have proceeded with other processes to get to your desired color. Like I stated color is a time consuming and unpredictable service. So just for future references allow your stylist time to give you what u want. Thank u. God bless
