I did not receive service so I cannot rate the actual experience, however, I can rate the process leading up to. I booked the service on Booksy. Very ...easy to navigate. On the site, it states a consultation is required before the appointment and the merchant will contact you. I was not contacted, and that was okay because any questions I had could have been resolved upon arrival. We arrived 15 mins prior to our appointment. The location is off campus college housing. I was thrown off by that because it was not stated on the site. When I called the merchant, he did not answer, therefore I left a message stating we had a 1pm appointment. He did return the call and left me a message saying he was unsure of what appointment I was calling in reference too. Sadly, we didn’t get our pictures taken by him. Show more
