Henry's attention to detail and overall customer service experience is some of the best I've ever received in the barber industry. He's always trying ...to help you look the best and takes extra time to make sure you are leaving and feeling the best. I had a barber that was cut in my hair for 5 years and when he stopped when he stopped cutting that's when I found Henry and I wish I met him 5 years sooner. 10 out of 10 if I could give him 10 stars i would! First impression was ok. the establishment was clean and it was a good vibe. he started off ok but i have thin hair and he combed my hair way too hard.... Then once he started cutting, he did the same thing started cutting way too hard digging into scalp. the clippers were biting and his work station wasn’t organized or clean at all. he didn’t use any technique at all and when he lined me up his finger was on my eyelids. he literally rubbed his finger across both eyes with pressure. he used way to much enhancements to cover his mistakes. One side is faded way too high into the head line and is still visible, and I don’t believe he cracked a new blade when he used the straight razor. never once asked if i wanted alcohol or aftershave. overall for what i paid through the app that including the tip. 3 out of 10. not recommended or going back again. Each time I come in the haircut is better than the last. Went in yesterday and this is the best haircut I’ve had in my life. A lot of the times I get ...a fade I leave liking how it’s styled but can’t replicate the next day. Not with Henry. I can style it how he does or how I want and it looks great.
