Nate, was on time. There was no waiting. Shop was clean and staff was nice. Nate asked my kid what he wanted and then asked me what I wanted. I loved... that. My kid asked a few of questions.Nate explained why he cut his hair a particular way and is aware of the end hair goals. Which my son appreciates. We got an amazing experience.
