Jai is cold with it! I’ve been to shops where just going feels like a chore but not with Jai. She makes you feel comfortable, asks about your needs an...d dislikes, gave some great hair care tips, and she is very talented at what she does. I’m new to the Charlotte area so I was concerned I wouldn’t find a barber/beautician to meet my needs, Jai has exceeded them. Her space is a vibe and she as a person is just genuine and relatable.
