March Madness 6 stitch braids

I booked and paid a deposit for an appointment only to get there and have another customer in the chair. I was told, "I'm almost finished, just have a... seat in the waiting area, and I'll come get you." 35 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I got up to ask for my deposit back so that I could leave. She told me she'd call me after she finished her clients hair to give me the refund. I told her that wouldn't work and that I wanted my deposit before I left. Then she said, "I'm almost finished, I have one braid left. I'll do it after." 45 minutes later, she comes out to process the refund. An hour and 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment is when she finished that customers hair. This was my most unprofessional experience with a service provider, just a complete disregard for other people's time. Show more
