Avoid this place. It is a scam. I booked an appointment for the basic car wash. I have a one year old Toyota Corolla sedan. No food has ever been... eaten in the car. No liquids other than water have been consumed in the car. Noone has ever been in the back seat. The car is garaged every night. It had not had a wash and vacuum in several months. The woman with whom I dealt kept telling me they were not able to vacuum my carpets. I was confused as to why and kept asking her to explain. Eventually I got upset and she yelled at me to leave the premises and they did not want my business. I was shaken nd dumbfounded. It was an awful experience. When I later wrote my first Yelp review, I read other reviews and found she had done the same thing to many others. Take your business elsewhere.

Made a car wash appt online for a specific time, drove across town to Castro Car Wash for my appt, then was told there was an hour wait beyond my appt... time! I had to just leave, as I had other things on my schedule that day the extra hour would've messed up...Given this situation, why even have an online booking system?
