We had an appointment for 11:30 and had to wait for over an hour to be serviced. Although we ha explained the haircut my son wanted, Dominique cut it ...way to short. Both my son and myself were very disappointed plus we were charged $40.00 dollars for the haircut when they advertise that students under 17 years old are $25. we will definitely not go back to this establishment. I understand you were not 100% please with your service. Yet please understand you knew the price when you booked the appointment through booksy. The advertised price of $25 you stated is only for walk-in’s and appointments with barbers who charge $25. I charge $40 which is advertised on the app. I also visually and verbally CONFIRMED with you and your son that I would remove 1 inch of length. You also did have to wait to be serviced and I do apologize for the inconvenience. Your wait time was only 25 minutes, not an hour as you say. In the future I do suggest to be more detailed with your interactions with barbers and express any concerns before and or after the service.
