I apologize for the misunderstanding. Yet you accepted the updated booksy appointment time of "8:00am" late. It was sent to you by 6am and you did not accept the updated time of "8:00am" until 7:13am. I then informed you by text message my estimated arrival time would be “8:15am”. Upon my actual arrival of “8:10am” you were not there, I waited an additional 10 minutes for you to show and then left.
