This was a very frustrating experience. My son and I showed up for his confirmed haircut appointment on time, at the correct location, and waited outs...ide on the sidewalk for 15 minutes until someone unlocked the door to the building. Went inside and searched for Lu, but there was no sign of him anywhere. I also called the phone number listed on the Prime Barber Shop website, but no one answered, and still hasn't returned my call a day later. Seems very unprofessional to not communicate that he would not be available. We wasted a trip there. Lu has been my older son's preferred barber for about a year, so it's disappointing that my younger son had this bad first experience, and still needs a haircut. Show more
