He did not show up to the appointment, I arrived on time. He text me back almost an hour later answering a question I asked prior to the appointment. ...He then tells me that he doesn’t receive notifications for his appointments on Booksy and I should’ve called, as if it’s my responsibility to ensure he knows he has an appointment. This is low tier behavior, and I don’t operate that way in life. My time is valuable and I expect it to be respected, which is why I’m always on time for everything. I’m happy this occurred now so I know how he conducts business. Word of advice, if you wish to have a loyal clientele base, get your S together. You just lost a good potential client that tips very well. Good luck in your future endeavors. Show more
