Ma, I appreciate your review but let me explain to you that 1: the lady was unable to access the Booksy on our system and couldn’t confirm your payment,becauseunt the app was mistakenly logged out and I was out of state. But when you showed her your payment confirmation, she accepted it . 2: Remember that our price list on booksy is not FIXED so she didn’t increase the price, she gave you the expected price.we apologize for any inconvenience but what happened wasn’t a big deal , she did the expected because you can’t expect her to believe without any payment evidence especially when the system was not functioning at that particular day ,and I am the only one who could help but unfortunately I was out of Texas. Am not suprise you wrote this type of review and this one major reason I decided to let you go. As much as we tried to satisfy you we had braided up to 4 braids and we were discussing the possibility of lasting braids when you suddenly ask the lady to take your hair down and you gave attitude that we have to let you go. No body disrespected you ,but you did with your attitude. Sometimes, we tried to satisfy client but when we notice danger we let go of such client You hair was extremely short at the back and you requested for Senegalese twist which the lady invited me to check and confirm the length possibility before she proceed. We all concluded that you should choose single braids but you choose a micro single braids from our size chart and the price could be higher than your initial size Knowing fully well that you came in Late as our closing time is approaching and the style you change to is time consuming 1: if we’d known that your hair was extremely short for your requested style we wouldn’t take your appointment as that particular time 2: we were being sincere to satisfy you and save you money because the size you want was not appropriate for your short hair 3: You can in earlier for your initial hair style but TOO LATE FOR THE STYLE YOU CHANGE TO 4: You could confirm that the lady braided about 4to 5 strands trying to be sure the braids will stay and last for you (...)
