I will never come here again. I booked my appointment online for 7 am and no one showed up til a few minutes before 8 am. The young girl is soooooo u...nprofessional and when she parted my hair she was pulling my hair and digging the comb into my scalp. She was off and on the phone the whole time and it is 12:42 pm and she is not done yet. I got here at 6:50am thinking I would have my appointment at 7 and then the price online was not even correct. So let me start off by saying I’ve been getting my hair done here for almost a year…maybe longer. the good things are that the appointment started on ...time and I was done on time. Now here’s the bad. When it was time to pay I let the braiders know that I made my appointment on Booksy and I’d already paid $15 with a $2.50 gratuity. I show them the email with confirmation saying that I only owed $35. One braider gets an attitude with me and starts to act like maybe I’m lying or didn’t want to pay. Then they changed the price from $50 to $60. I didn’t argue I just paid it and left a tip. Once I left an in cash tip the attitudes changed. They do great work but I more than likely won’t be back. Ma, I appreciate your review but let me explain to you that 1: the lady was unable to access the Booksy on our system and couldn’t confirm your payment,becauseunt the app was mistakenly logged out and I was out of state. But when you showed her your payment confirmation, she accepted it . 2: Remember that our price list on booksy is not FIXED so she didn’t increase the price, she gave you the expected price.we apologize for any inconvenience but what happened wasn’t a big deal , she did the expected because you can’t expect her to believe without any payment evidence especially when the system was not functioning at that particular day ,and I am the only one who could help but unfortunately I was out of Texas.
