So March 2, I have made my appointment for 1015 AM the day before I told her I wanted the braids. I got last time which was small box braids she refer...red me to her Booksy when I get to Booksy the small braids are not on the list so I book for the second size small, which is medium and she texted me around the time of my appointment and she asked me if I’m coming to her house and I’m like confused because, her main service is traveling to people and that’s what I got was a travel service and my hair done and she’s like OK. I’m gonna be done in about 20 minutes and I’m like dang so now I’m gonna have to be waiting and pushing my appointments back so long story short she gets to my house she braids my hair and then I look in the mirror halfway through and it’s not the size that I asked for and she’s like oh well I don’t have that on there. I’m like well you referred me to your Booksy so you have to update your list because this is initially not what I wanted plus I already had told her that my hair doesn’t last in this type hairstyle so I just go with it because I do like my hair, but it’s not really what I asked for so weeks ago by a few of my braids fall out I tell her that and she has like an attitude because I told her, her product didn’t last and I told her that with this hairstyle and with my hair type it’s not going to and she’s like oh it should be fine. I’m like because I cut my hair last year and it’s growing back. It’s not short as it used to, but it’s still needs to be in my comfortability in a small size so that it will last.. I’ve never had a braid fall out. At the end of the day yes I did like my hair but! the braids come out. It wasn’t really a problem that they did come out. It was just I wanted to let her know like initially. I wanted this hairstyle and this is the exact reason why and her response is like “I said was I don’t know what you need me to do or say things happen, after the first couple seven days that’s nothing to do with me.I don’t know how you take care of your hair.” I’m like I always take care of my hair. My hair lasted almost 2 months last time and my hair lasted 3 weeks this time. That’s a drastic difference of your work because my hair lasts. I take care of my hair so I just personally am not going to her anymore because I don’t like the way she came at me and also she didn’t even do what I asked her to do and she was late for it to not be the way that I wanted my hair to be initially so I won’t be recommending her to anybody because she can’t take accountability and she can’t just take criticism without saying “that’s not my problem” and then it’s like she’s not even licensed to be trying to charge people the prices that she’s charging and you know that is my personal opinion, but I do still wish her business the best, but I hope she realizes that she lost out on a loyal forever, Client Show more
