This was one of my worst hair cutting experiences ever. The stylist talked so fast and worked so fast that I couldn't process what was happening and b...y the time I did, the cut was much shorter than I would have liked. I showed a picture of a shag cut that was slightly shorter in the front and my hair looks more like a mullet. The stylist seemed to be more focused on what other stylist were talking about than what she was doing to my hair. I made a comment about my anxiety being up and she did nothing to adjust what she was doing or to ask how to help. Her booth was also absolutely disgusting. I should have said no as soon as I saw the piles of hair all around her station. The reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the stylist who checked me was extremely kind in explaining that she does mens cuts and she seemed to be the only one handling business properly. None of the other stylists who worked there acknowledged people at the front and overall that single stylist earned that 2nd star. Show more

Camo (spelling?) cut my little man’s hair this morning! He’s 3 years old so getting him to sit patiently can be challenging and she handled it with e...ase! She made it fun for him (and us) and he came out looking fantastic! She was even able to get the back of his neck, which little man always complains about because he says it “scratches” him, and he did not complain once! We’ll definitely be back. Thanks, Camo! Set up 2 appointments for my guys, one for 2:30 and one for 3, they both got there at same time to find out there were 8 people in the sitting area fo...r 2:30 appointments!! We had to reschedule with another place just to guarentee this be done! The reason we book appointments and don't just walk in is so that at 2:30 (understanding that some times appointments run and can be a little late) they can be guarenteed to be getting their hair cut, and not having to wait! This is not a good system, (8 people for same time is bad booking habits, period) so fair warning just be ready to possibly have to wait a very long time for your services because they like to overbook! This is not necessarily a deal breaker, but it is enough for me to walk away!! We tried this 3 months ago with same exact establishment, because how close they are to our home, and the same thing had happened, except that first time only 5 people were waiting for the same time frame, PLUS the salon was behind! Just safe to say not trying again! But wish i could have rated the service on hair rather than poor scheduling problems! Show more

When I made this appointment online, I had a choice to choose a hairstylist. The problem with that is, they don’t have a bio of all the employees for ...me to make an informed choice. They pics of the stylists on their website aren’t even current. I made an appointment for 9:45 and wasn’t brought back until 10:15. If I make an appointment, it’s because I want to get started at a certain time. The girl that brought me back, by my experience, was pretty new at cutting hair. I asked her for curtain bangs and she only cut a small section of hair. I couldn’t even section out the hairs to see. And when she styled it, she didn’t style me with bangs. She just incorporated those few “bangs” with the rest of the hair. If I ask for bangs, then I want my hair styled to show that I have bangs. I ended going home and doing myself along with trimming hairs in the back that were longer than the rest of my hair. She was nice and polite, but very inexperienced and I wish I could’ve known this beforehand. Show more
