Our apologies for running late the day of your service. Looking on the photo stamp time your service was started at 2:48 and ended at 3:44. Full 60min was still given even though staff ran behind. Our 60min session doesn't consist of all the extras like massages as those are additional charges are shown on our booking site. It's just a basic service focusing on cleaning scalp. By the look of your photos your scalp was inflamed and had build up that was clogging your hair follicles. Your after photo results look amazing as all inflammation and clogged follicles were gone, which is what our service was supposed to do. Sorry you felt service wasn't to your standards. We again apologize for running behind.

Unfortunately since you were late to your appointment time was deducted. In our service description it does state service time includes time to change, consult, treatment and dry of your hair. It is also listed you come with hair detangled for best treatment results and unfortunately your hair was tangled . Your scalp also had more build up then an average scalp which it's impossible to fully clean 100% . You did come in for model discount session and received a discount and managed to sleep and snore the entire session, video was taken of your session since it was a model spot , so to hear how unhappy you are sounds far fetch after seeing and listening to video. To anyone reading this please see video on our page of this client and her results with video. Sorry you weren't happy with service as we performed what we promised. Update..you asked us not to contact you again so no photos were sent per your no contact request. And we aren't arguing we are defending our business as this review is a lie.
