Isn't worth the money. Disappointed with the service. It was a simple hair wash. I've received better treatment at salons and massage centers. The bui...ldup seemed to be no different when I looked at the before & after pictures. Lastly, she kept trying to tell me to get the $175 service as that includes two washes of shampoo/conditioner and a massage. I paid $100 and got none of that. Save your money! Not impressed and just because they are the only salon that offers the Japanese Head Spa doesnt' mean they know what they are doing/are knowledgeable. I did NOT receive any spa treatment. ***Your reply is comical and unprofessional as I’m 9 months pregnant and fell asleep due to being tired. It had nothing to do with the treatment. You kept texting and harrassing me which I kindly told you to stop. I tried to handle my concerns with you prior to doing any review but your response was disturbing. Not to mention, your place is not clean! The bathroom was dirty and there was no sheet on the bed. The discount I received was $25. You sell the same treatment for $125 and I paid $101.75. Not to mention, you still haven’t sent my photos which I was promised last night, but I guess that is what happens when you deal with an illegitimate business and someone who is money-hungry. Unfortunately since you were late to your appointment time was deducted. In our service description it does state service time includes time to change, consult, treatment and dry of your hair. It is also listed you come with hair detangled for best treatment results and unfortunately your hair was tangled . Your scalp also had more build up then an average scalp which it's impossible to fully clean 100% . You did come in for model discount session and received a discount and managed to sleep and snore the entire session, video was taken of your session since it was a model spot , so to hear how unhappy you are sounds far fetch after seeing and listening to video. To anyone reading this please see video on our page of this client and her results with video. Sorry you weren't happy with service as we performed what we promised. Update..you asked us not to contact you again so no photos were sent per your no contact request. And we aren't arguing we are defending our business as this review is a lie.

I wish I got the name of the person that provided the services on me (DB abdomen, butt lift with back fat transfer, and DB chin/neck) on 11/17. She wa...s really nice and professional. She has been very responsive with any questions I have. She made me feel comfortable. It was relaxing and Man I felt so good after the appointment! Not too much of a drastic change, but I felt different putting my clothes back on. It Doesn’t feel as tight before. I’m a mother of 2 kids, both c sections. It’s a struggle trying to get rid of the fupa. My stomach had a bit of a lift and doesn’t look so bloated. My face, I can tell right off the bat. I can finally see my jawline 🥹. Lastly, my butt lift w back fat transfer. I couldn’t tell afterwards but when she told me you’ll see a change in 2 days. Believe me, you will! I’ve been wearing the faja ever since and I’ve been drinking plenty of water. I’ve noticed my back fat rolls have been smoothed out and I’m so impressed. My appt was on Friday at 10 I booked thru booksy requesting Liliana cause I’ve been so interested in her work. I was really looking forward for all th...at the platinum mommy makeover offered. Well I arrive at pure wellness but doors are locked at 957 Belen calls me an says she’s running 10 mins late so I said no problem I’ll wait. So Belen instead of Liliana starts me on a vibration plate that she says is to help loosen fat. I’m on that 10 mins then she takes me to a room sets lays me on the bed with a black mat an places some things on my thighs an chin an arms that’s suppose to be the lipo 360 then she starts the stomach which is area I wanted to be worked. Belen stayed doing that the whole time an never mentioned to me she wasn’t gonna be performing the wood therapy an meso fat dissolve. She is a nice lady an she tried getting me to do a face dermabrasion but I was already kinda not feeling the appt since I didn’t get Liliana an I noticed she wasn’t doing everything the description showed when I booked. At the end she said she was done an was charging the whole price I mentioned to her an showed her the description of appt an asked what about these others you didn’t do? I also mentioned to her you didn’t tell me all the numbers Liliana shares with her clients on the rejuvenation an all she said was I’ll write them down an Liliana can review them. So I did tell her that’s why I booked an chose Liliana for the process but she said Liliana couldn’t cause she had a wedding. Which at that point is fine I guess but I’m disappointed at the fact that I booked with time an going off the description of her booksy page an I didn’t get her or all the procedures she lists but yet I got charged an no one decided to communicate all that to me til everything was done! I think I’m the consumer and I decide how I want to spend my money. Overall Belen is a wonderful lady she did what she could. But I won’t be going back cause didn’t get the appropriate treatment as a paying consumer. Show more

Thank you for your feedback. When requesting a body specialist, it is just that, a request. No client is guaranteed a specific specialist unless otherwise discussed during a consultation, which we can see you did not book. So, unfortunately, Lilianna was not available. We apologize on behalf of our specialist Belen running late as this is not a common issue if you see the rest of our reviews. As for the service your specialist discussed your needs which you shared your main focus was skin tightening. Your specialist decided using RF/Dermolift would be the best option for the best results as our wood therapy and meso wouldn't have given you the results desired. Usually, we charge extra for doing extra on our best machine but instead nothing was charged and we opted to trade the meso and wood therapy for the extra time on the machine,which did fullfill yor entire session time booked. We are sorry you've decided to not return. If you decide to return at any time please accept a complimentary full body lipo session on us. Again, we appreciate your feedback.
