Awesome job on my hair. I was not aware that I going to be charged for a trip charge, but it was waived. Moving forward, I know that there is a $20 tr...ip fee added to my appointment. I need and expect transparency. My hair only lasted 3 days because of the humidity and Ravin did tell me that this was going to be an issue. I love the job she does on my silk press. I am going to add the steam on the next appointment. I am so disappointed that I gave an honest review and I was blocked from making an appointment. This could have been told to me and I would not have bothered. I gave a 5.0. I guess if someone says what you don’t like you’re no longer going to do their hair. This is a tad bit childish.understand. I do apologize if I offended you. Show more
