I've gone to Candace for men's haircut for last 18 months. Until yesterday, I was very satisfied. I was 6 mins late to my appointment and she charge...d a $10 "late/inconvenience fee". She never mentioned it and I didn't even notice until I reviewed my receipt. When I inquired why I was charged she simply stated this was her policy. I asked if she could be flexible since I had never been late before and the fact that we were still done within the allotted 30 mins scheduled for the haircut - in fact I was out almost 10 mins before the 30 min window scheduled concluded. That's when she turned argumentative and candidly very rude. Her response was..."No! At the end of the day you are not getting a credit...How about you just find another person to cut your hair. I'm not changing it [my policy] for you". I can understand and support someone standing by their policies, but the unprofessionalism and rudeness is intolerable. Buyer be ware....if you go to her and have any issues to resolve - don't expect professionalism.
