Goodmorning; sorry for you complaint but you booked on Christmas Eve at the last minute. You were told you are more than welcome to book for after Christmas. All clients where told after 4 there where no more appointments. I run a business off of prestige service booking 30 minutes before closing is not acceptable as stated in booking bio. I hope this is received with good intentions and we can grow a client barber relationship in the future. Best regards JEFE.
