The person who did my nails dig into the sides of my toe nails multiple times even though I kept jerking my feet from the pain.

Meh... Needs alot of work. They have no dryers for the manicures so your just sitting there waiting for your nails to dry with stale air. The tech was... a bit lazy, didn't go over the rough patch of skin on my foot with the file, didn't buff under the nail and hence there were bits of nail sticking out from under the polish. When I told her this she just stared blankly. I won't be back. Show more

I do not recommend visiting this salon. It was the most painful manicure and pedicure I’ve ever received and I walked away with cuts on my feet and ha...nds. Because of this bad experience in the salon, I don’t feel confident that they clean their tools at all which made me fearful of infection. To remove my gel manicure, she used a bevel to sand it all off which has never happened to me before and was very painful. My nails are now weaker than they’ve ever been because of this technique. Additionally, she broke my nail while she was giving me the manicure and instead of trimming it, she glued it insisting that it would hold up. Of course, it broke again just as I left the salon. DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I had to leave mid-service for a wax due to unsanitary and unprofessional conduct. I noticed the technician used the same sti...ck in the wax pot when a new stick must be used each strip of the service. She also did not let the wax heat up so it became stuck to my skin. She claimed the pot was broken to which I said the service should have never started in the first place. I had to leave the salon with the wax stuck to my skin because she resorted to using scissors to try and remove it. I told her at least twice I didn’t want to complete the service before just getting up. They showed minimal apologies and the manager told me to “come back tomorrow” so they can fix it. Unacceptable.
