Find another salon! I have given this salon multiple tries to be meet my needs with my hair and my children. Today is the last straw. We have dealt wi...th no shows, tardy, unskilled stylist, lack of communication, does not do hair the right way, no accountability for anything, has her daughter braiding for full rates but does not have the skills yet, quotes prices and does the “bait and switch,” with stylist, etc….I tried many times….as I support any new business! No more….please do yourself a favor….do not book here! Save your time and money. Owner will make excuses for these behaviors and make it seem like it’s you. Please save your money and time. Wishing the salon nothing but improvements….she has another salon in Taunton, hopefully it’s doing better for her clients and stylist there… This was her response to me for advocating for myself and as a client…I Couldn’t have been any clearer or patient for services. First time🥲 showed up late and crochet was done awful….reached out I will try again. Second time🤞🏽🤔😃🥰! Switched stylist but hair was okay….even gave a great review! Hair didn’t last long tho but ok! Third time….asked for a stylist….got her daughter…asked for 2 strand twist got braids ok! I felt bad! But my veins hair was fine. This time! And last!! Booked on booksy also sent text with what we wanted with pictures. No show! The bait and switch and these horrible text after explaining my concerns!!! I try to help new businesses but I can’t anymore Based on the texts you sent me…after yes, I hung up on you because no accountability taken….I never insulted you just the opposite! I hung up on you for making excuses for your bad decisions as an owner! Again, do better! Very rude and nasty tonight. I was upset tonight because enough is enough! I can not have been more clear about what I wanted as a customer for my children. These are not two strand twist more like jumbo buff twist! Too add I purchased earrings that broke first time wearing…..brought dye that was suppose to be “ruby red” hair turned purple! Old products?!?! Not sure?!!! The owner was very nice and understanding that I was running late due to flooding in the area. I do like my hair a lot, I got boho braids and I’ve bee...n wanting to do them for a while. Only thing I wasn’t happy with were the ends of the hair, she didn’t trim or curl it which made it look undone. I had to fix it at home. I also didn’t like that the woman who braided my hair tried to charge me $20 more than the price the owner told me it would be. Show more

I got my hair done here about a week 1/2 ago my cornrows came out great. The shop is nice,cozy & CLEAN! Customer service was kinda shakey. (Respectful...ly)The shop owner isn’t much of a greeter & has a resting (B) face it almost looked like she was sizing me up & they’ll talk about you in creole like you’re not sitting there. Aside from that they didn’t say anything offensive it just made a uncomfortable vibe for me because it’s weird that people would have side conversation about you in another language because they believe you dnt speak it. The other shop staff were warm. I would most definitely go back if that wasn’t my first impression. (BUT MY HAIR CAME OUT AMAZING DNT FORGET THAT PART) I just dnt feel like it’s the environment for me. Show more
