Brandon is a grade A barber! Literally have never gotten a bad cut since I've been using his services. Met him while working at a Padres game. I told ...him that it was impossible for me to find a good barber in San Diego. He told me and I quote that it was his mission to eliminate that. I recently left work and drove over an hour to get a haircut from who I thought was a great guy, mind you this wasn't my first time getting a cut by B...randon and My prior experiences have been nothing but stellar! I arrived on time and waited about 5mins while he finished up with the appointment before me. When I finally got in the barber's chair, I joked about getting a beard trim(which I said I'd pay for) in addition to the hair cut that was already pre-paid if the next appointment was late, since I had to wait past my appointment time( said this with a laugh) He got upset and booted me off the chair, i attempted to resolve the misunderstanding by explaining that it was a joke since i was laughing when i made the comment, still he insisted, so I proceeded to apologize. Still he was adamant with his decision. He asked that i leave and promised to refund my money. I am disappointed to say the least. I truly believe things could've easily been resolved, especially after my explanation and subsequent apology. Instead I wasted valuable time that I'll never get back. Let's be more tolerant and treat eachother better 🙏 Show more
