Hair Extensions - Move up / Removal

My initial appointment with Yaniela went well. She installed extensions & I was satisfied with the service. I came in again a few weeks later to “move... them up”/ for maintenance. She left large areas of my hair extensions completely visible.. I have been trying to brush my hair in ways that they don’t show but have had multiple women come up to me this past week to let me know my hair extensions were showing in the back.. the past few days I noticed the bottom rows were already falling out completely too. I reached out to her & she told me that was normal& that I should have paid the price to take them all out& reinstall a month after the initial installation instead of paying her $180 something for the maintenance… it’s not “normal” for your hair extensions to be falling out a week- a week& a half after being maintained. I have been getting them for years & have worked in hair salons.. they should last 4-5 weeks not 1-2 weeks. If you go to her expect your extensions to potentially only last 9 or 10 days !!!! I’m hoping she will at least refund my $60 tip, because it’s crazy that I just paid her $180 a little over a week ago. Show more

I went to Yaniela today an...d explained what my main goal was to get rid of all the red color.
