First and foremost I actually met Jas while getting my hair done with another stylist and I had just taken out my hair weave to see all my hair had br...oken off which created several and I mean several bald spots. She was getting her hair done and I was referred to her because she specializes in short hair. While she was getting her hair done she stopped getting her hair done and did a consultation on my hair. She immediately was willing to help (she must have seen the desperate and sad look on my face). I literally didn’t know what I was going to do. To keep it short she told my stylist what products to get and she cut, permed and styled my hair all while getting her own hair done. She was so amazing I literally left in tears I just couldn’t believe what she did! She will be a person I will always help for life and baby she slayed and layed my hair. I found her work on TikTok and loved it. I was so excited to start my pixie journey with her and was hoping she could be my permanent stylist. I drov...e 40 minutes all the way from the west suburbs and arrived 5 mins early to my 1pm appointment. When I arrived, she was a still with a client. She told me where to hang my coat and I waited in the seats they have. After waiting for over an hour, I asked her how long it would be to see if I could grab some food while I wait. She got upset that I asked her a question after waiting an hour over my appointment time and gave me my deposit back and said she’s not doing my hair. I don’t understand how asking a question means I have an “attitude.” Very unprofessional and judgmental, communication and understanding is key. #wastedmytimeandday Show more
