Dev did an excellent job on my son's haircut! He lined him up nicely and provided me the terminology needed so i can communicate what style I desired ...for him. The only "room for improvement" that I would provide is that he should, during business hours, answer his calls with a professional greeting. I called to get add'l directions to the shop, and instead of opening up the call with a business name, I was greeted with a "hello" which made me think I called the wrong #, and not a barber...so the call started off a bit awkward 😅. But that's minor. Definitely a returning customer. Show more
