I am so sorry to hear about your experience. My name is Nancy and I'm the manager of the store. As I mentioned to you over the phone that the business is closed permanently in California location since June 2022 because I'm moving out of state. I've also informed all my clients before the salon is closed permanently in California since March 2022. I have also refunded your money back the same day you requested your appointment. I was super impressed with Nancy and how gorgeous my nails were done. I have been to many nail shops in the Central Valley in the past 25 yrs and her ...work is superior. She did not cut me like many have, she is very clean, and she does not rush threw the nail procedure. I felt very comfortable and above all I was very happy with how beautiful my nails came out and her customer service was top notch! I will definitely be going back to her as long as she’s in business. Highly recommend her. Her nail game is on point! Show more
