I completed the full acrylic service you originally booked, including additional design requests, without reducing your service time. During the consultation, I offered gel extensions only as an optional alternative to help accommodate timing, which you declined, and we proceeded with acrylics as requested. Throughout the service, I checked in to ensure satisfaction, and no concerns were expressed at that time. I always encourage clients to communicate any concerns during or immediately after their appointment so adjustments can be made. I appreciate your feedback and wish you the best.
