He was 10 min late arriving to the shop. Then proceeded to take another customer. I spoke up and said I had a 9am appt. He seemed confused. Then proce...eded to talk to everyone else about, about a minute later the other customer gets out of chair and says I can go. Well I did have an appt, so he’s not doing my any favors.
