I scheduled my 13yo daughter for a first-time teen acne facial and we were so grateful to have met Mabel. My daughter has struggled with acne for 3 ye...ars. She was very comprehensive with her intake. Wanting to learn more about my daughter’s skin care history and all products used and prescribed by the dermatologist. She took a lot of time to make her feel comfortable, get to know her, and understand what she needed. She was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of education. She didn’t push products and gave multiple options and suggestions that fit our budget. We will definitely be back! My daughter came out smiling and glowing. Even with multiple extractions her face wasn’t red or irritated. Show more

Mabel is great, very attentive to your facial skin issues and after the facial provides you with a regime to follow at home. No pressure to buy any pr...oducts and she will look at what you already use and provide suggestions. She will play any genre of music which relaxes you explaining everything as she does the facial making sure you are comfortable as she is applying it and after. Mabel has truly been a wonder to my skin. I was a client of hers when she was in San Francisco, and now I make the drive down to San Mateo to see her.... I have a complicated rosacea associated with Keratosis Pilaris which causes rough texture to my cheeks, and have been seeing dermatologists and aestheticians over a decade for this particular condition but nothing helped. Only after seeing Mabel for the first time years ago did my skin texture actually begin to improve. Mabel is extremely thorough, knowledgeable at her craft, and caters to each person's individual skin type and concern. Now I get compliments about my skin, I almost can't believe it. My first teen facial experience as a patient was really fun and amazing.
