Two visits. Stopped responding to txt & I'm not sure why. I tip as well, so it's really disappointing to be treated like less of importance. No desire... to return! But you reply to this review FAST & it's been days & im still waiting. Prior to this, we communicated fine. You offered no apology for the unorthodox treatment, but know exactly who's writing the review....just a horrible way to provide customer service , IDC how skilled you are !
