Good morning. I'm sorry about that. We could have canceled the appointment if you had told me this is not convenient with you. The prices are clearly the starting price. In each description, it is stated too. The more you want it to be small and long, the more the price goes up.

The workmanship is good however it is not the style I wanted nor was quoted for. The you g lady who braided my hair was very nice and the location cle...an however when a client confirms a style and you quote a certain price it is my expectation to get what I asked for. The “discount” given was in sufficient and although I like to support small businesses I am not sure I can revisit this one. Show more

They gave the wrong directions on this site. Day one I lost two braids, day 2 I lost 4 braids. Everyday I lost braids. By day 5, it looked like a rats... nest. They charged, more then the price posted. When she asked me what kind of hair i had, I told her. If she needed me to buy a different kind, to go along with my hair, that should have been communicated. And they kept my hair gel. Never again! Show more

Greetings. From what I noticed, entering directly the directions from booksy will send you to the opposite building. You can even walk to our location. Concerning your gel, you forgot it yourself, you can come and collect it, it remained intact. The hair you brought is human hair. You asked my opinion and I told you it’s a good choice for your curls, since you were getting bohemian. It has nothing to do with a certain match of your hair. Before leaving, you liked your hairstyle since it was very well done. How is it that two weeks later you are complaining without having reported it? Is it about your braids or your curls? The prices displayed on the application are the starting prices and this is clearly indicated. Prices vary depending on the size and length of the braids. I don't think it would be conceivable to pay the same price for much smaller and longer braids. And before your appointment, we set the prices. And you agreed to that ma'am.

Prior to my appointment, I provided Jessie with a picture of the hairstyle I wanted. I was a bit skeptical when there was a 30 minute time change but ...once there, it was clean, quiet and peaceful. Her gentle braiding was relaxing and I even nodded off a few times. The final result was way better than I hoped! I will be going back! Show more
