Great Day,.. Your hair was already damaged per Your family member flat ironing Your hair before braiding it.. I did put some protective on then blow dried Your hair to give You length for braiding... I gave You the desired style you requested .. You rebooked with me as a no show/cancellation.. You could have received a hot oil treatment and gotten Your split ends trimmed to start Your hair back to a healthier start from previous damaged hair experience… Thank You for the review..
