Haddy did an amazing job. I was unable to braid my own hair as I usually do due to a broken wrist injury. She was on time for the appointment. She eve...n asked if I wanted to leave my edges out which was one of my fears of having someone else braid my hair. She did not braid too tight where you would have a headache. It only took her 4 hours to do knotless braids and my hair is pretty thick. She was also very friendly. If you are looking for someone in the Schenectady area to do braids give her a try. Show more

Horrible customer service !!!! Walked in the shop spoke and everybody looked at me like I was crazy. I held my phone up with a picture of the style I ...wanted and all the girls pointed at one lady I walked over to her showed her the picture of two jumbo feed in braids I asked how much and when would she be available she told me 60 and no I then asked what about the next day she said no booked I then asked when will you have another availability she told the person she was On the phone with to hold on and proceeded to braid and not acknowledge that I was trying to book a appointment after being ignored I walked out I rarely leave reviews but I can’t deal with the rude attitudes when I’m trying to book a appointment.. she acted as if I was bothering her very dismissive attitude and demeanor Show more
