No saturday you did not show up to the appointment than after no shopping up yo make another appointment that my step son taking care of if I was there if you do not show up on saturday than next day you will be charge for the no show up and the new appointment For sunday I Been working everyday and I rest on Sunday if I was there I make you pay your appointment again dont try to get no money for free the appointment that you did no show up on Saturday I could give you to somebody else and pay for the spot I wait for you on Saturday … you book the appointment on in sunday or Saturday after hour and book the appointment to your kid trying to get your missed appointment from Saturday that’s not the way it works my stepson still cut you and your son

Unfortunately Michael Did not cut your hair so Stop mention or putting peoples names out there ., when you got there because we close to Christmas we are more busy Mike was late a lil bit because the whole week it’s been busy and I’m short in staff ., he slows down because because sundays are he’s harder day after the busy of the whole week … you change barbers and Mike was cutting one and you were next you came on the middle of the haircut and when a barber show up he ask you if you have an appointment and you say I go with anyone 🤷🏻‍♂️ another thing the apps accepts the appointment by it self and when you book your like 30 minutes before the haircut the were people with appointments so I’m trying to figured out if I want to get my appointments accepted automatically or accepted manually… but I get more business when is manually and I I don’t get the chance to accept manually you customers would be cry babies and call me and said you don’t wanna cut my hair anymore 🤦🏻‍♂️who understands the world
