Double Process Color Comb Twists (Starter Locs)

.im not sure what everyone else experienced but my experience was very disappointing and unprofessional. She was 2hr behind my appointment time, i ask...ed for a light brown color and its ginger, i asked for small full locks and she gave me big locks very spacious and i did pay her because thats just wrong not to but when i said something to her she said she’d redo them but stop responding when i asked when. I did a ore ious review about it and she called me immediately demanding i take it down. Offered to redo at my convenience with much attitude n when i gave her a tome she said i should just “do it when ur off” which meant id have to go a week looking like that for 300.00! I dont want her to redo them because her attitude is not the energy i want starting my new lock journey. Perhaps if she wasnt trying to rush and get her lashes done while doing my hair it may have been a different out come. Last pic are the colors i told her i wanted and i even send her the swatch colors n name. 2.5 hrs late n getting lashes done when u have slcustomers is super unprofessional. I shouldn’t have trust u any way. Carry ON U GOT MONEY U God wanted u to have but u didnt give me what i asked n ur energy is not the best so ur right, ur not for my family! Thanks Show more

Rasheera, I am not gong to continue to go back and forth with you. What I choose to do during your 40 minutes processing time is my business. You NEVER waited for me to get my lashes done. You said you waited 2 hrs for me to get started now you’re insinuating that you waited 2hrs for me to get my lashes done. You are a lair. You sat in my chair and stated verbatim, “I love the color! It’s exactly what I wanted." I understand that things change and you have every right to change your mind. I offered to fix the issue whether even if it included color change. You have yet to give me a date and time that you’re available. You can rewrite this review a million times and you will still not like the way your hair looks until you find a stylist willing and able to service you the way you want to because your solution is obviously not here.
