Service was super nice. Beginner friendly and I didn't feel judged at all. I had a male, I think it was "Jack", working on my nails. Showed them my re...ference photo, and he went over lots of options; even showed me what it'd look like on my nail. When he was almost done, I realized the color I'd chosen didn't match my skin tone, and I was so nervous but I asked for it to be changed. Immediately he said he'd do it! They came out looking good despite the colour change, shaped nice just like I'd wanted. And I didn't pay an outrageous amount for it. Overall, one of my favorite nail places. Show more

Made an appt online last week for 1pm for kids mani and pedi, full set and a pedicure for me. Got there on time. But my daughter didn’t get her mani u...ntil 1:30 and her pedi at 2. I didn’t get a pedi until 2 and no nails because of time. Why make an appt when you end up there for 2 hrs and didn’t get all services requested. Wanted shimmer black toes but they tried to paint them grey and said that was black. Not happy and won’t go back. I’d give zero stars but not an option. Show more

We sincerly apologize for that happen Charity. We lost couple of our employee last week. We also had people called tlaing day off becuase of they had not feeling good; Therefore, we were in short staff. If really was frustrating.
