DO NOT BOOK if you’re a NEW customer. My brother was booked and the appointment was “confirmed” however when he arrived 1:30pm she informed him that s...he was running behind and to come back in 2 hours. Before the 2 hours I reached out to her to confirm that she was going to be ready once he returned; she said not yet I will let you know. It was 6:30 and we had not heard anything from her, so I stopped by on my way from work and she was starting on someone’s hair and said “well I said I would let y’all know but if he wants to come and wait he can” at this point it was 5 hours later and her only excuse was “my people were late” Needless to say, I requested my appointment be cancelled. You booked your appointment on a BUSY day I NEVER told you I couldn’t do your brothers hair and I apologized for the inconvenience im only one person and was trying the best I could to get everybody in and out idk how im supposed to reply to any messages if im busy doing peoples hair your. And you wasn’t charged a deposit or anything. And me being 7 moths pregnant I do a pretty good job at getting everybody done BUSY or not. It was just inconvenient FOR YOU because I wasn’t replying to your messages in a timely manner for you.
