Was called at appointment and was told to wait for another client to come an hour later. When showing up an hour later was told that she will text me ...when another client she was working on was done and it looked like she just started on this clients hair. Ended up waiting another hour before asking for a refund on my deposit after waiting 2 hours for this appointment. Edit: Was called back from Brittney and she had apologized and had refunded the deposit and offered a discount on if I wanted to go back. Apology was honest and I understand the situation she was in.
