I went to Damon for a while, but he wasn’t getting my beard right. So, I decided to go somewhere else to get it done the way I wanted. Unfortunately, ...I lost my mom two days after Mother’s Day in 2023. Later, I went back to Damon with the hope that he could understand my preferences. However, he took my absence personally, and his attitude changed drastically. While he initially provided good customer service, it became apparent that it was only for paying customers. When he thought I might not return, he treated me poorly. He even had me come in for a shape-up, seemingly to get back at me for not choosing him. Despite assuring me he could do the shape-up, I ended up waiting for him for 30 minutes because he was running late. Then, he turned me away, stating he’s not the right barber for me. It’s disappointing that he mixed personal feelings with business. I had referred clients to him, including a child, and put money in his pocket. Despite being a regular tipper and frequently getting shape-ups, I was let down. I hope he reflects on his actions and matures. I won’t be supporting him again; he turned out to be a very fake individual. What kind of person are you truly, to be so vindictive? Show more
