I only booked with this barbershop because of the work shown online but when you book with the barbershop thru this app, you don’t get the guy who’s w...ork is shown. Why isn’t any of the others barbers work shown on the website or instagram page? I Booked for an adult full service but did not get full service. He didn’t give me the shampoo/conditioner or razor line. Haircut does not look fresh. I Will not be returning. Show more

I would give 5 stars, but Semar didn’t do the cut Rich did. Rich did an amazing job. I made a same day appointment at 9 am for a 12 noon appt. Semar c...ouldn’t make it, but I didn’t receive any heads up or notification that he could not. Rich stepped in and did the cut for my son even though he was totally booked. Freshcutz is a very nice babrbershop. I will continue to use their shop. Show more

Had to give a 5 star rating and I feel like that’s still not even. From the time I walked in the door until the time I was leaving to head out it was ...an amazing and great experience. The environment of the Babershop from the staff to the customers is welcoming and inviting. Marvin did a great job listening to my concerns and making sure I received exactly what I wanted with my new haircut. He took his time to make sure I left satisfied and gave me the best haircut I had I. The past 5 years. I will definitely be going back and looking to become a new regular customer. Show more
