Today for the first time, I went to Grey Hair Salon and did my hair with Gretell. Everything about my experience was excellent! My appointment was sch...eduled for 9 am and started right on time. Gretell took the time to listen to what I wanted and reviewed the pictures I showed her. After that, she explained the best processes to achieve the results I wanted. Shortly after, I got everything I asked for and more! I am ecstatic with my results. Everything about my visit was 100% from the moment I walked in to the moment I left! I had a frustrating experience at this salon. I came in for a simple blow-dry, and while I was patient, I ended up sitting with my hair washed for a l...ong time before anyone even got to me. When they finally started, the process was still dragging on. I eventually told them I was in a rush, but instead of prioritizing the service, they were too busy gossiping loudly in Spanish to focus on their work. The environment was unprofessional and disorganized, and my time clearly wasn’t respected. I left with my hair wet and will not be returning. I recommend going elsewhere for a more professional experience. Show more

Pero quise atenderte!!! Sin embargo si usted no tiene el tiempo para esperar sin tener cita previa y reservada créame que yo no deseo clientes sin tiempo para su cabello y poder realizarles un buen trabajo. Made appt gretel she called me herself confirm appt she got back from her trip ,then they confirmed the night before 830 pm re confirm it was gretel I... got there a very nice lady I think name was yuna started me she was very sweet nice professional however they cat fish appt stating it was the gretel who is the person I wanted seeing her from instant gram so be careful when you make appt she didnt even cut my hair or blew dried me I thought the lady would wash my hair give me to her never Will never go again super unprofessional (careful you can get catfished) Show more
