I really liked the haircut. Because the appointment started late, I left the barbershop late and I was late to my next appointment. Also I cancelled m...y appointment for 9:50 and scheduled again for 11:15 but was charged a cancellation fee of $15. I think that rescheduling the same day should be an exception to the cancellation fee policy. Show more
