I am never coming vack to this place. I made an appt an still utter chaos. The nail salon is suppose to be a place to relax and be taken care. This pl...ace is chaos from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I asked for 422 its a fuschia purple color, the lady decided i was getting grey. I told the lady over and over only polish for my 6 year old, even when she started her water i told her no only polish she then looked at my 6 year old and told her when your older so i know she understood then proceedef to give her a pedicure and charge me anyways. You DO NOT GET TO DECIDED WHAT I SPEND AT YOUR SHOP, and your nail tech thought it was cutesy to just do what she wanted and charge me the client after I TOLD HER to the point i knew she understand. Your customer service is shit, your online booksy booking is shit, and your service is shit. Back to Cat Lynne Nails I go, where at least they listen and give the services as i want them. More worried about how to get more out of me then giving the services i asked for. Seriously fuschia to grey, and the lady didnt even realize i had to tell this is not the color i pointed iut to you in the nail book. Not even close. And so you know my total was almost $200 all together, so im not complaining over pennies here. Show more

I so badly wanted to love it here!! I have friends that go here religiously and their nails always look flawless but that just wasn’t the case for me.... I had an appointment for a full set with gel, I’ll add the inspo pic and my nails just for reference. I will say the general shape and color is perfect and really close to what I wanted so no complaints there. The nail tech, Lee, got me in a chair and everything was going great until he started removing my cuticles with a thick file bit which was strange to me because I’ve never had it done like that before. Every single one of my fingers bled on both hands and I completely understand if it’s a nick or two but every single finger, really man. I was then cut lower on my fingers and on my knuckles. I complained that it hurt and he apologized and continued to cut me. When he was applying the tips he took his time to make sure they all fit great! But when he filed them the first time he asked me to wash my hands no soap per usual, and then I got back and he filed them more and didn’t bother to wipe all the dust off my nails and just went through with applying the polish so I have bumps in most of the nails from it. I’m not a picky person, and i understand what it’s like to be learning something so I was understanding but this just was not worth the money I paid! I still tipped him 10 bucks because he did perform a service and I did take up his time but if you were to go to this salon, make sure to pick your nail artist and don’t select a random team member! I truly hope that this place can continue to grow and fully develop the same skill set and some of the best around!! Show more
