I am never coming vack to this place. I made an appt an still utter chaos. The nail salon is suppose to be a place to relax and be taken care. This pl...ace is chaos from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave. I asked for 422 its a fuschia purple color, the lady decided i was getting grey. I told the lady over and over only polish for my 6 year old, even when she started her water i told her no only polish she then looked at my 6 year old and told her when your older so i know she understood then proceedef to give her a pedicure and charge me anyways. You DO NOT GET TO DECIDED WHAT I SPEND AT YOUR SHOP, and your nail tech thought it was cutesy to just do what she wanted and charge me the client after I TOLD HER to the point i knew she understand. Your customer service is shit, your online booksy booking is shit, and your service is shit. Back to Cat Lynne Nails I go, where at least they listen and give the services as i want them. More worried about how to get more out of me then giving the services i asked for. Seriously fuschia to grey, and the lady didnt even realize i had to tell this is not the color i pointed iut to you in the nail book. Not even close. And so you know my total was almost $200 all together, so im not complaining over pennies here. Show more
