If I could give him 0 stars that’s what I would do ! We scheduled an appointment for 5:00pm and it’s past 6:00pm and he says he still has people befor...e him. I am livid ! What is the point in scheduling an appointment if you can’t take the client at the scheduled time. It’s time for a new barber that appreciates his clients. You continue to edit and change your response to my review not very professional at all now you’re just harassing a review cause you so upset. When you have an appointment and someone decides to walk in you kindly tell the walk in you have an appointment and can take the next client after that’s all which you should understand in the line of work you chose to do. Friday the appointment was not there when I checked booksy so I never cancelled anything for one, so I kindly scheduled one for Saturday but we all know if he did show up Friday he still would have waited 2 hours or would have been told the appointment was not there as I saw on the app just be professional it’s done and over with stop editing your response. 😉 Show more

Srry you feel this way, as a barber we come into humps as some clients show up late and other obstacles we cant control that throw the schedule off, we move at the best pace possible. Your late cancelation the day prior is a big reason why scheduling can get messed up. Hopefully you can find the best barber to meet your standerd. You are so inconsiderate! You scheduled an appointment the day before and canceled 25 minutes before your time. Actions like yours are the reason why scheduled appointments get delayed. Your lack of consideration costs me money. Please be more thoughtful and considerate of others when you schedule an appointment and then get upset because of your actions. Unfortunately I can't rate you a zero as a former client. God bless
