Hello Marlene! I apologize for your experience, I see that your appointment was a month ago and you barely given me this review, I don't understand why leaving is so late if you were so unhappy with the service saying im all an "content" hope you could of tell me there what you didn’t like I make sure to asked you if everything was ok and you say yes. I respect your opinion and not everyone has to like my services but i recommend you for next time to speak up and let the person providing you a service what you don’t like, you can really affect their business over a miscommunication.
