I have not been happy with my last two appointments. $40 for a basic pedicure?? and i waited for over a half hour to even be seen. At the previous app...ointment i had i got cuts on two cuicles which hurt and bled a little. I asked the employee twice to look at and she said to wait. Show more

This is the second that I have been here and I really want to like it. Especially since its so close to my house and I normally go two town over to gw...t my nails done. The first time was a walk in and it went well even though two seperate techs completed the service. The second time I did some research and requested a specific person. When I got there the owner asked me if it had to be the tech I requested or if it could be anybody. I said I prefered the person I requested. She came and did my pedicure but then ushered be to someone else's table for my manicure. I really didn't like that she said someone else was going to do my manicure because she had another client. I was happy with my pedicure and my manicure was okay, the tech was really nice but I wish the original person completed both services. Some of my nails are crooked and I had to go home ans refile everything as best I could. I went onto the site and choose her specifically at a time that she was available. I'm going to give them one more try and if i'm still unhappy after that visit i'll return to my original nail salon. Show more
