So I never even got my service. I scheduled an appointment for Lynnette, we even texted the weekend before to confirm, but she never even showed up. I... tried to be understanding because I was told that she was at her other job, but I don’t know why she accepted the appointment in the first place. I have to text her multiple times before I even get a response back trying to reschedule, but then she tells me that the other stylist who works there can reschedule me. In response I then ask for the other stylists contact information but still I haven’t even gotten a reply to that text, and today was suppose to be the day i rescheduled and the other stylist isn’t even here now after she told me in person that she could get me this morning, but I never even got her contact info to try to connect with her. It’s really not that hard to be professional, and respect other people’s time. I wouldn’t have wrote this if I didn’t get treated so unprofessionally and just communicated with me, but this isn’t the first time a stylist has treated me like this so I’m kinda used to this by now.
