Unfortunately, it is sad to say that this has no longer been an exceptional experience. I’ve been taking my 10 year-old here for a few months now and ...the first three services was OK and then it wasn’t every appointment I book in the morning for my son to get a haircut, it is pushed back by The barber there’s been times where I’ve tried to be as lenient as possible, but unfortunately today it wasn’t like that I booked at 11 AM appointment for my son and while I was at work I got a notification saying that my son appointment was pushed back to 1120 however, my son was already on his way in Waymo to get his haircut unfortunately my son arrived. There was no barber so then he had to Waymo to my job which is not too far away. The issue arises when I feel that the barbershop without adult supervision is not a safe place because of the constant marijuana use in front of children. My son is only 10 years old although he might be tall he is still a child as I expressed to the barber my child safety. and him having to hang around and wait for him to arrive, which is why I thought it would be best for him to come to my job at the hospital and wait till I am on my break to drive him back down when I drop my son off to get his haircut at 1120 the barber was already cutting someone else’s hair, which I thought was very disrespectful because of the fact that my son‘s appointment was pushed back and was not our fault when my son told me this, I asked to speak to the barber in which I expressed my frustration of how unprofessional the services he explained to me his personal issues and why he was late and why he’s cutting someone else however, I don’t think it was an appropriate excuse and when I got off the phone, he called my son a “little NIggah” the context being littleniggah gotta stop doing that which I’m assuming is telling me that he is not getting cut. This experience has been very disheartening due to the fact of the convenience, but convenience does not Trump professionalism nor common courtesy Show more

Good evening. With all respect your son comes agressive. No respect towards the barbershop,barbers and customers. Its gotten outta of hand. I apologize for the inconvenience of the reschedule. It was an emergency and got delayed.
