I truly apologize that you feel this way and I wish you would have reached out to me about any issue you had as you texted about how much you enjoyed your service just days before. I apologize but you never came to the salon for your daughter's appointment. Your son is who brought her in and he was in and out of the salon during the appointment. I thought I was more than accommodating when you canceled her original appointment last minute and I agreed to squeeze her in the next day only for her to come 40min late. And since she is a child and it was her birthday I made an exception (after 20min the appointment is canceled and you must reschedule) and still did her hair. My only interaction with your son was asking them wash their hands as we do everyone and explaining to him in not sure how long it take because they were late and I have a busy Saturday and to be honest I wouldn't have an attitude with 2 kids it serves no purpose. Other than that I talked to the baby about her birthday and making her hair pretty and that was about it. So again I apologize for how ever you feel but you were never in the salon and our conversation was limited to text about them being late and how long before they arrived.
