Shawna is very friendly and makes you feel welcome. My daughter wanted bangs and chunky highlights. Her hair has been notoriously difficult to work with due to its inability to get a good color lift an...d its thickness. Shawna did an amazing job. The highlights are blonde, not orange, her bangs perfectly frame her face and she's absolutely over the moon with the look and the myriad of compliments she's received. Show more
