Made a appointment in advance. Went to the barbershop and they were closed. I called to confirm for sure they were closed and they didn’t answer. I co...mpletely understand things happen but I would have rather get canceled notification an hour before my appointment then waste my time going to see for myself. Show more

I was in the area and was looking around for a barbershop and came across Matrix. I will start by saying their customer service was amazing from start... to finish. They have a great atmosphere/ environment at this barber studio. I felt welcomed and of course I was more than satisfied with my haircut. I WILL DEFINITELY be making my way back to Matrix as I have found my new barber/ barber studio! Show more
